ACADEMY AWARD (5-11-46)  “If I Were King” starring Ronald Colman as French poet-rogue Francois Villon, who matches wits with crafty King Louis XI and falls hopelessly in love with a lady-in-waiting.

LUX RADIO THEATRE(1-12-48) “Kiss of Death” starring Victor Mature, Richard Widmark and Colleen Gray. An ex-con, going straight, fears for the safety of his family when a killer is set free.

SCREEN DIRTECTORS’ PLAYHOUSE (10-10-49)  “Criss Cross” starring Burt Lancaster.  A man returns to his hometown, where he crosses the path of his ex-wife, who has taken up with a gangster.
