CHARLIE MC CARTHY SHOW (12-24-44) WW II theme.  Charlie asks Don Ameche to help him memorize “The Night Before Christmas.”  The thousand-voice U. S. Navy Choir sings Christmas carols and Don Ameche reads “The American Prayer.”

WORLD NEWS TODAY (12-3-44) CBS correspondents with the latest WW II news reports.  “The B-29s were over Tokyo again today, dropping their huge bomb loads on Jap industry.  It was the fourth raid in ten days. In Europe, the Americans have crossed the Czar River.”

FIBBER MC GEE AND MOLLY (12-5-44)  Fibber doesn’t want to pay sixty-five cents to have his suit pressed, so he decides to press it himself.

WORDS AT WAR (12-5-44) “Guys on the Ground” is the WW II story of the men who never leave the ground, furnishing and fixing the planes.
