DUFFY’S TAVERN (9-22-44) Ed Gardner stars as Archie, the manager, who attempts to get a date with guest, actress Gene Tierney. He wants to take her for a walk in the park, but she would rather go to the Stork Club.

I LOVE A MYSTERY (1949) “Bury Your Dead, Arizona” starring Russell Thorson, Jim Boles and Tony Randall as Jack, Doc and Reggie of the A-1 Detective Agency. They travel via freight train to the town of Bury Your Dead where they meet Maestro, an incredibly fat magician who terrorizes the village when he turns his beautiful assistant, Natasha, played by Mercedes McCambridge, into a werewolf.  Today we present the first seven chapters of this adventure. The concluding eight episodes will be presented next week.
