OUR SPECIAL GUEST in this TWTD program honoring him is MEL BLANC. The interview was recorded when he was in Chicago for a television appearance on April 26, 1971.

MEL BLANC SHOW (10-1-46) Complete program featuring Mel in his Fix-It Shop, with Mary Jane Croft, Joe Kearns, Sportsman Quartet.

JACK BENNY PROGRAM (1950s) Mel Blanc is the voice of Polly the Parrot and is the bakery clerk when Jack stops in to purchase some cinnamon rolls.

PLUS – Mel Blanc voices several Warner Bros. cartoons and appears as Pedro and in a Maw and Paw sketch on the Judy Canova Show.
